Abstract
TA was an 80-year-old woman who presented with complaints of pain around her left eye. Examination found a normal right eye and a pseudophakic left eye with vision of 20/25 and lateral displacement of this eye by 3 mm. There was mild edema of the nasal lid on examination and some tenderness to palpation. She was treated with antibiotics and decongestants but returned in 2 weeks with worsening of her symptoms.
