Abstract
SJ was a 75-year-old man who had a history of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma that had been in remission for several years after completing a course of chemotherapy. He presented to his oncologist with rapid vision loss in both eyes and was noted to have bilateral optic disc edema. Ophthalmic examination found vision of 20/200 OD and 20/400 OS. Bilateral disc swelling and some venous engorgement were noted.
