CT is a 35-year-old man with a reddish focal swelling in his right lower lid that fluctuated in size over several months. He was seen by his primary care doctor and diagnosed with a chalazion. He had tried hot packs and oral antibiotics and was seen by an ophthalmologist who injected steroids into the lesion, but it persisted.
