The equation near the bottom of page 10 that reads:

$$ {\text{seconds of arc = seconds of time}} \times 15/{\text{cos}}({\uptheta })$$

contains an error. The division operator (‘/’) should be replaced by the multiplication operator (‘×’).

The correct form for the equation is as follows:

$$ {\text{seconds of arc = seconds of time}} \times 15 \times {\text{cos}}({\uptheta })$$
