Abstract
Our 14th observation takes us on a hunt for the smallest visible objects in our Solar System. Tiny they may be but also important. The cratered surfaces of the Moon, Mars and Mercury reveal the power they bear. In this chapter, we are going to start by exploring what we mean by asteroid, planet and dwarf planet. We will explore how they offer evidence for conditions in the very early Solar System and how they yet might change the world.
