Abstract
Developing a sense of endurance is the key to self-improvement. With many problems the solutions are not available on an immediate or even a short-term basis. Some solutions require consistent, long-term effort to reach a goal. The problem is the loss of drive to endure through the struggle. The breakthrough of one’s internal blockage is needed to overcome the obstacles of success. Pure awareness transcends thinking. Sometimes we fail because we take on too much of the burden all at once. Being determined and making a steady effort will result in a more positive outcome. The enduring spirit is willing to cope with suffering and agony. The resilient self exists in all of us. We must remember that not every problem has an immediate solution. It is the sustainable drive that helps a goal be achieved. Engrained difficulties are best resolved one at a time. Instinct and learning can be combined to help us master many problems in life.
