Abstract

This chapter provides a step-by-step approach to extracorporeal urinary diversion performed in the setting of robot-assisted radical cystectomy. We describe in reproducible detail the extracorporeal technique for a Studer orthotopic neobladder, Indiana pouch continent cutaneous urinary diversion, and ileal conduit urinary diversion.
