Abstract
Complex systems are often organized in the form of networks. The last decade has seen numerous breakthroughs in the network theory, which have been implicated in every aspect of biological sciences. In this chapter, we review contributions of the network analysis for understanding cellular organization in system biology era using protein-protein interaction networks.
