The Incentive System of Human Capital Innovation in Science and Technology Enterprise

Abstract

Human capital is the core resource of innovation activities in scientific and technological enterprise (“S&T Enterprise”). The establishment of business incentive system of human capital for innovation has a very significant impact on enhancing enterprise’s innovation capacity. There are mainly three types of human capital for innovation in S&T Enterprise. Based on the two incentive principles of distinction and benefit-sharing, the following incentive systems should be established and improved: residual claim incentive system; personnel system, including training, job promotion and wage incentives; involved in innovation management.
