Abstract

Step 2 of the evidence-based practice (EBP) practice decision-making process centers on efficiently locating practice research. This chapter will offer a detailed introduction to the key print and online research information resources available for EBP. It will guide clinical social workers to finding specialized research for clinical practice. We will describe the key types of practice-related resources and identify many specific resources. We will also provide an introduction to effectively searching online resources.
