Abstract
A well-stocked and organized supply of Mediterranean diet-friendly foods at home can facilitate healthy eating. Over the years, I have found one of the most common causes of dietary noncompliance at home is patient inattention to the logistics of shopping. The goal of using the grocery list that follows is to keep the home well stocked, easy, and consuming healthy foods at home, a convenient dietary choice.
