Abstract

By now you should have a pretty good idea on whether or not you can use your existing telescope for imaging. Even if your equipment is well-suited for imaging, there are probably other pieces of equipment that you will need to obtain in order to maximize the quality of images you are able to produce. The various pieces of equipment that you may want or need are discussed below. Some of this equipment has uses that will be covered in later chapters of this book. After reading the specific chapter that covers the use of each particular piece of equipment, you can refer back to this chapter in order to determine which items you will want for your imaging needs.
