Abstract
This chapter focuses on the musculoskeletal ultrasound evaluation of main structures of the fingers and thumb. Ultrasound allows evaluation of the soft tissues of the hand and fingers that was not possible in the past. The chapter will discuss the anatomy of the fingers along with common clinical problems that may present to an outpatient clinic.
