Abstract
The basic stock in STELLA is the reservoir. Things flow in and flow out and the difference is retained or depleted in the reservoir. However, there are several alternative uses of this same STELLA symbol. A single STELLA reservoir image can be transformed into a connected series of stocks, with the analogy of a conveyor belt or the queue of a waiting line. Or it can be made into an oven where things are taken in, held for a prescribed length of time, and discharged…all automatically.
