Innovation in China’s Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting Service

Abstract

With the development of mobile communication technologies, mobile multimedia broadcasting services have become an important part of our life. This short report outlines the development process and status of the China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting (CMMB) services in China, and summarises their successful innovation in CMMB. This work covers five areas of CMMB’s business, including technology, organization, service, finance, and business model.
