Abstract

Through the reading of this book it is certainly clear by now that, among the obstacles interfering with an adequate perception of the consistency of civic activism in Europe and its role in the development of the European democratic experiment, there are two kinds of elements, namely preconceptions and legal constraints, which tend to impose themselves on reality.
