Abstract
Abnormalities in lower limb alignment are common and differentiating pathologic from physiologic limb alignment is important prior to planning treatment. This chapter considers preoperative planning for correction of deformities by osteotomy or hemiepiphysiodesis, focusing on coronal malalignment in the lower extremities.
