Abstract
The telescopic view of a delicate bubble of Earthshine resting within the thin, smiling embrace of a crescent Moon is an incredible delight to behold. The crisp, brilliant details along the crescent and broad, subtle tones within the Earthshine present an enjoyable contrast in techniques if you wish to transfer the enchanting sight to paper. White and black charcoal on black paper are ideal media for this task, allowing us to take advantage of the darker tones that dominate the majority of the view.
