Abstract

In the introductory chapter of this book we spent considerable time justifying the interface of social-counseling-clinical psychology. The subsequent chapters, we believe, have provided ample examples of how this interface can yield useful research and applied direction for individuals interested in the various content areas addressed in the chapters. Each author suggested directions for future research in the particular content area, and we will not reiterate those points in this final chapter.
