Abstract
This paper is based on a talk given at the workshop on Random Media, September 17–24 at the IMA, and like the talk it describes two results proved in [4] and [5].
Keywords
These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
