Abstract

As an end-user, you can control garbage coming out of the system by minimizing the amount of garbage that goes into the system. Take care in how information enters the computer. Two important aspects of this concern the design of forms for the collection of information and the design of procedures for assigning numbers to factors that will be entered into the system.
