Abstract

Choose your video display terminal with care. The VDT is the single most important item of hardware in your computerized decision making system. For one thing, you’ll be using this terminal very often to get information from the data base. If there’s glare on the screen or if you can’t position the screen and keyboard in comfortable ways at the same time or if you keep hitting the wrong key while hitting the intended key, you’ll probably shut off the terminal and try getting your information in other ways.
