Abstract

We turn now to a study of some of the basic properties of a-holomorphic functions that derive from the local maximum principle. We shall accordingly assume until further notice that [Σ, a] is a natural system. The next theorem is an extension of the local maximum principle (given in Theorem 14.2) to almost a-holomorphic functions (Definition 17.3 (ii)).
