Abstract

In my paper* presented at the Symposium held at Brunel University in July, 1968, I described the computer techniques developed and used by the Architect’s Department of the West Sussex County Council. Research and Development work is continuing in all areas of the total process of achieving the creation of an environment and this paper records some thoughts on the total problem some of the conclusions that have been drawn and the objectives which we are now endeavouring to achieve.
