Abstract

The localization of 67-Ga in nonosseous tumors was first observed in a patient with Hodgkin’s disease (70). Since that first case, 67-Ga has been applied to the investigation of the malignant lymphomas more intensively than to any other disease. The interest in 67-Ga scintigraphy was based on the established importance of accurate staging in the management of these tumors.
