Abstract
Most if not all the known actions of cyclic nucleotides are mediated over protein kinases (1). In view of the recent data implicating cyclic AMP and cyclic GMP as modulators or even mediators of histamine release frcm mast cells (2) it was of interest to examine the mast cell protein kinases. The following is a brief report of our preliminary findings.
