Abstract

It is a real pleasure and a distinct privilege to be here in Moscow to talk about electron-hole drops (EHD). For not only was this condensation phenomenon conceived here, by Keldysh, 1 but it was also discovered here, by Pokrovskii and Svistunova, 2 as well as by Asnin and Rogachev in Leningrad. 3
