Abstract
Surprisingly enough no reports on urinary stone formation after kidney transplantation have been published to our knowledge. Since obstruction of a transplanted ureter appears not to cause pain, renal stone formation can be missed easily or misinterpreted as rejection or recurrent glomerulonephritis or simply urinary tract infection.
