Abstract
The association of cystinuria with primary hyperuricaemia has not been noted in the literature on urolothiasis and related metabolic and systemic disorders (Emmerson and Ravenscroft, 1975). Only a few studies suggest that the concurrence of these two metabolic disorders may appear more often than is currently suspected (Melony and Canary, 1967).
