Abstract
In an earlier publication [1] a framework was introduced for state-space modelling of career patterns. In this paper we apply this formalism for predicting a degree of oligarchization for the syndicates of the multi-national Cerro de Pasco Corporation Peru. This degree of oligarchization is derived only from career data and as such it is forwarded as an explication of Michels’ iron law [2].
