Abstract
We have set up our gas chromatography-mass spectrometry- computer (GC-MS-COM) system to screen metabolic disorders and utilized this system to detect several diseases. This system has proved useful and reliable. In this paper, we would like to report a very interesting disease, propionic acidemia, of which we recently gained some experience.
