Abstract
Cancers of the adrenal cortex most commonly present with virilization or as Cushing’s syndrome, depending on whether they secrete androgens or Cortisol [1, 2]. Very rarely, tumors of the adrenal cortex in children may cause feminization or aldosterone secretion [3, 4]. Tumor size is quite variable at the time of diagnosis, since many are detected when they are quite small because of the excessive hormone secretion [5]. Although metastasis is rare, it can occur in association with malignant lesions.
