Abstract

According to two groups in the United States, 70% of all the cases of chronic graft-versus-host disease were resulting from patients that already had suffered from acute graft-versus-host disease. So, 30% appears to be primary. I do not know whether this is a very slowly developing graft-versus-host disease, or that it is a new syndrome.
