Abstract
In Section 3.3, we have given an overview of the proofs of the B- and U-theorems. In particular, we have noted that, in effect, these proofs amount to reductions to the solution of certain standard form problems (Hypothesis S). In the present chapter we expand this sketch to a full outline.
