Abstract

The application of holographic interferometers with scattering in aeroballistic tests is reported; two methods of improving the quality of a restored holographic interferogram are described. The first method requires the use of a diffuser consisting of two matted glass plates. The laser operated in the multimode regime. The second method involved the use of a usual matted diffuser, and the oneā€”mode operation of the laser.
