Abstract
In Chapter 6, the Lagrange multipliers need extra variables λ, and lead to an associated matrix that is either non-symmetric or non-positive definite. In this chapter, we will develop new coupling techniques by using additional integrals on Γ0. The advantages of the new coupling techniques in Chapters 7 and 9 are twofold:
-
(1)
No need of extra variables.
-
(2)
The associated matrix is positive definite and symmetric.
