Abstract

Personnel management includes a wide spectrum of decisions, policies and strategies that cover very diverse situations. To attempt to list them all in order to make an orderly classification would be a hard task, and from a practical point of view, useless. Therefore we have focused on problems, the solutions to which include new techniques, which we hope will be efficient for handling the same under conditions of uncertainty.
