Abstract
As time goes by, working in teams becomes more and more necessary. that is to say, forming a group of solidary and affectively united people. When considering this aspect of personnel management, a new mathematical theory appears, with notable interest, known as the Affinity Theory. We will introduce the same by starting off with an example.
