Abstract
The extremely rapid transformation of society, new needs, technical and scientific progress, the effects of the mass media and so many other factors require a continuous updating of the abilities of citizens. It is a truly upward movement. We are introducing ourselves, whether we like it or not, into a “promotional society” in which we are all involved. Throughout a person’s professional lifetime, there will be several changes of work, responsibility and even profession. The movement, if carried out under the necessary conditions and at the correct time, will cause less of a feeling of isolation. Progress must be offered to the greatest number of people.
