Abstract
Since the first observation of muon precession in Ni and Fe1 much μSR work has been devoted to the study of muons in ferromagnetic materials. This work has increased our understanding of the behaviour of muons in solids by a great extent. It has revealed the advantages as well as the limitations of using positive muons as probes in solids.
