Abstract

Prednimustine is a chlorambucil ester of prednisolone, effective in various experimental tumours. Clinically, Prednimustine is effective in haematological disorders and in breast, prostate and ovarian cancer. Controlled clinical trials of Prednimustine have been started in various malignant diseases.
