Abstract
For a top quark of large mass certain processes may no longer be suppressed sufficiently by the G.I.M. mechanism. We examine the induced decays b→S+γ,BS→τ+τ- and BS→γγ and the mixings of
and
mesons; the b→s+γ decay and the neutral meson mixings give sensitive tests of the top quark mass.
