Abstract
The production of particles containing heavy quarks on proton targets has been studied intensively on the theoretical side and there is a considerable body of experimental data for charm production, especially for ψ and D production. There is data for ψ′ production in y-p and p-p interaction and D* photoproduction. There is also data for Λc production and there are reported sightings of Λb. We are hearing about all these measurements in this workshop.
