Abstract
Developed for a multi floor plant producing electronic gear, this system uses wire-guided automatic guided vehicle systems (AGVS) and automatically controlled vertical lifts to move the work in process. The AGVS integrates the assembly operations so as to permit an efficiency equivalent to that of a one-floor plant.
