Summary

Spatial resolution and dE/dx resolution for the PEP-4 TPC have been measured in a beam environment at PEP. Preliminary results are reported on event configuration studies, on particle fractions and inclusive cross sections, and on charge and multiplicity correlations in rapidity space.
