Abstract
Sometimes understanding how a concept is implemented can help illustrate the concept itself. That is the motivation behind this chapter, which discusses a specific implementation of the ADLIB language and its simulation environment. That implementation is the one done at Stanford on the Hamburg Pascal compiler for the DEC-10.
