A Procedure for Knowledge Elicitation in Image Interpretation Experiments

  • Chapter
Book cover Image Analysis and Processing

Abstract

ISIID (Interactive System for Image Interpretation Design [1] is a software environment designed to help an expert-in-some-field-not-aware-in-computer-science toghether with an information analyst to create a procedure for the interpretation of images from a given class. The use of ISIID in the design of different image interpretation experiments [2] [3] [4] [5] was performed following an empirical methodology outlined in [1].
