Abstract
A new electron impact spectrometer has been built at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with the following characteristics:
-
incident energy = 0,5 – 3,0 KeV
-
angular range = 0 – 60°
-
energy resolution = 0,5 – 3,0 eV
-
energy loss = 500 eV
