Abstract

An extensive preclinical testing of various types of platinum complexes, analogues of cisplatin, was started in Czechoslovakia in 1981. Compounds, containing chloride, sulphate, malonate and its derivatives, citrate, isocitrate, 4-carboxyphthalate and ascorbate as acidoli-gands, and NH3, isopropylamine and cis-, trans-l, 2-diami-necyclohexane (DACH) as aminoligands were synthesized.
