Abstract

Bone marrow transplantation is being increasingly used in humans [1]. In genetically identical twins there are no immunologic barriers to bone marrow transplantation, but in other circumstances genetic disparities result in immune-related complications, including graft rejection and graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) [2].
